- 1/2 cup oats (quick or rolled)
- 2 tbps chia seeds
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2-4 medjool dates (depending how sweet you like it)
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- Melted dark chocolate
- Berries
- Coconut flakes
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a slightly chunkier texture just pulse a few times to slightly blend.
- Transfer to a jar or container with a lid and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with your favourite toppings
