- 2 bananas, frozen
- 2-3 pitted medjool dates
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with ½ cup of almond milk.

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
