Description

These Cinnamon Roll Overnight oats that taste like a delicious cinnamon roll for an easy and healthy breakfast!

Ingredients

Units Scale

Overnight oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup yogurt of choice (I use Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I use almond milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cream cheese drizzle

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk of choice
  • pinch of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or two jars mix together the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, yogurt, milk and vanilla extract.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and a splash of vanilla extract. Adjust the milk quantity to achieve your desired drizzling consistency.
  3. In the morning take your jar or bowl out of the fridge. Drizzle the cream cheese mixture over the top of your oats with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

  • Use rolled oats for a chewy texture or quick oats for a soft texture.
  • Customize with toppings or mix-ins like protein powder, fruit, or nuts.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste—add more brown sugar or maple syrup if needed.
  • Store in small jars with lids for easy grab-and-go breakfasts.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
