Description
This recipe was inspired by and adapted from Downshiftologyβs Seed Cracker recipe.

- 3/4 cup flax seeds (regular or ground)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds (regular or ground)
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the flax seeds and chia seeds in a bowl with water and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes until it forms a gel.
- Add the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and salt and mix.
- Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet as thin as possible. Itβs ok if there are some cracks or empty spots on the baking sheet as you spread the mixture.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through cooking until golden brown around the edges.
- Let cook completely then break into crackers.
Notes
optionally add 1/2 tsp of seasoning like dried oregano, rosemary, garlic powder etc.
Store in an airtight container on the counter for up to 2 weeks.
