Description
This Matcha Chia Pudding takes 10 minutes to prep and is packed with all the flavours you love in a matcha latte!
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Let sit for 2-3 minutes then mix again. The mixture should thicken slightly and become viscous.
- Cover and place in the fridge for at least two hours before serving or if you have time, overnight.
- Optionally top these chia puddings with some yogurt and a sprinkle of matcha powder
Notes
- Ceremonial-grade matcha will be sweeter, while cooking-grade is will be more earthy.
- Whisk well to avoid clumps.
- Use full-fat coconut milk for creaminess.
- Sweeten to taste.
