Description

This Strawberry Chia Pudding takes 10 minutes to prepare and is packed with strawberry flavour!

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries, coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth. (if using frozen strawberries, let them thaw before blending.)
  2. Add the strawberry milk to a large bowl with the chia seeds and whisk together until the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
  3. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. Serve as is or top with yogurt, fresh strawberries or your favourite toppings.

Notes

  • Use fresh ripe strawberries for the best natural sweetness and flavour.
  • Thaw frozen berries completely before blending.
  • Stir the mixture after 5–10 minutes to prevent clumps.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick.
  • Add more maple syrup if the berries are tart.
  • Top with strawberries, yogurt, or peanut butter granola.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
